Training Luxery Machine

Even though it's very cold, Baihley has begun training the new yearling.  He has been here a week and they are working on leading, longing, backing, giving, desensatizing, bagging and manner.  Kind of like a toddler...

Each side of his head looks totally different!

Giving to pressure on the halter.

Learning to trot beside someone is a bit of a challenge but he's doing good. He knows how to Whoa... just figures then he should do something so he goes again.  Slowly but surely he is catching on.
Backing up isn't as easy as it looks.

Luxery Machine comes to the Stable

We lost our beautiful little yearling Hawkeye to Colitis X two days before Thanksgiving.  We were thankful Baihley was able to find another yearling to begin training for this year.  His same is Luxery Machine out of the Incredible Fleet Machine Stud.  He is a paint and very white as you can see. They have already been doing the standard desensitizing  leading, handling feet and learning about the farm.
