Mikayla showed Toby in Walk, Trot at the West Wind Acres show.  She placed First in Pleasure and Second in Horsemanship!!! Congradulations to both Baihley and Mikayla and Toby of course!!!

New Horse on the farm

Went up today and picked up a new horse; Sadie....She is very calm, and ready for lessons. The rest of the horses are interested and making noises across the fence at the new women !!!!!

  She will begin giving lessons on Thursday so BFG gets a bit of a break with all the beginners starting he can focus only on new riders.

December Sabbatical

For most of the horses, they get some time off in December due to concerts, Christmas parties and family obligations. We will have kids coming to ride to keep the horses in shape so let us know if you are not taking lessons and want to come out and just put some time on the saddle.  That includes mom's too!
